Entrepreneurship is engrossing, it consumes your perspective. Whether you succeed or you do not succeed, you learn and grow in unique and profound ways. I am a different and better person because of my experience as an entrepreneur.
Primarily, I have gained confidence in my ability to tackle any challenge. I am comfortable interacting with any stakeholders with little or lots of preparation. As an entrepreneur, I always have to be on, knowing that any interaction could manifest a lead or connection. Moreover, I think this engrained the ability to critically examine problems in an innovative and collaborative way. It has made me a better professional, researcher and person.
